1. Who we are

2. What Introji is

Introji lets a professional, the profile owner, build an AI Twin that answers questions about them. Visitors reach an owner's twin through a link or a QR code, share their contact details, and chat with it, and the owner can then read the conversation and follow up.

A twin's replies are generated by an AI model from what the owner has provided, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not statements the owner has made in person.

3. Who can use Introji

You must be at least [MINIMUM_AGE] years old to use Introji. We do not ask for or check your age. The details you give us must be accurate.

4. Your account

If you are a profile owner, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, tell us promptly at [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being misused.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • let anyone else use your account;
  • scrape, crawl or otherwise bulk-extract profiles or any other content on Introji;
  • interfere with, overload, probe or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

6. Our content and your content

We own Introji and its materials. What you provide remains yours: an owner's profile, persona and information sources, and a visitor's details and messages. By providing it, you grant us the licence we need to run the service with it: to build and run the owner's twin, to store it, to share it with the service providers described in the Privacy Policy, and to show a visitor's enquiry and conversation to the owner.

7. Availability and changes

Introji may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn, in whole or in part, at any time. We will give notice of any material change to these terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Introji, including the replies a twin generates, is provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of Introji is limited to [LIABILITY_CAP].

10. Suspension and closing your account
